Gold Electrolytic Refining Machine

Gold Electrolytic Refining Machine is designed to process raw materials such as crude gold, silver electrolysis secondary black gold powder, and similar inputs. After electrolytic refining, the gold achieves a purity of 99.9% to 99.99% with a recovery rate exceeding >99%.

Gold Electrolytic Refining Machine strips the gold layer from the surface of electronic components, thereby obtaining crude gold with a purity level that can range from 70% to as high as 97% to 99%. This crude gold, after being processed and refined further using a gold refining machine, can achieve extremely high purities of 99.9%, 99.99%, 99.999%, 99.9999%, or even higher.

Gold Refining Methods

 Gold refining primarily employs three techniques:

1.Chemical Reduction: Ideal for small-scale refining of crude gold.

2. Solvent Extraction: A versatile method for separating and purifying gold.

3. Electrolytic Refining: Optimized for large-scale purification of crude gold from diverse sources into high-purity gold (99.99%).

The electrolytic refining method ensures superior efficiency and scalability, making it the preferred choice for industrial-grade gold production.

1. Electrolyte Preparation

The chlorination dissolution method is employed to dissolve gold. The dissolved gold solution is diluted with a hydrochloric acid aqueous solution to a specific concentration to form the electrolyte.

2. Crude Gold Ingot Casting

Crude gold (with purity ≥95%) and secondary-reduced gold powder are melted in a medium-frequency furnace, then poured into specialized anode molds to cast gold anode plates.

3. Electrolytic Refining

Transfer the prepared electrolyte into electrolytic cells. Suspend the gold anode plates at designated positions in the cells. Initiate electrolysis using a combined AC/DC power supply system to enable more thorough refining.

4. Cathode Gold Processing

After completing electrolysis, deactivate the power supply. Extract the cathodes, detach and clean the deposited gold from them. The purified gold is then dried, cast into ingots, labeled, and stored in inventory.

5. Exhaust Gas Treatment System

Spent electrolyte and waste gases generated during electrolysis are directed into the exhaust treatment system. After processing, emissions become colorless and odorless before release.

6. Wastewater Treatment System

Gold powder rinse water and post-treatment waste liquids containing heavy metals (with trace gold residues) undergo neutralization for heavy metal removal. Activated carbon adsorption is then applied to recover residual gold, ensuring discharged wastewater contains no precious metals.
